Create Signature (sig) Files

Think of your sig file as a "virtual" business card, appended to the end of every e-mail that you send.

Use sig files to PREsell Site Build It! and/or SiteSell Services depending on who you are e-mailing. Create several, save them in a file and then copy and paste the appropriate one whenever you are e-mailing someone.

Scroll through the alphabetical listing of your affiliate RR URLs (your affiliate links) and pick out three (to start with) that would work well with your initial promotions. Of course, many of your contacts may see (or "ignore") "sig files". Just like banner ads, many people don't even look at the sig anymore. Outsmart them by creating a PRE-sig message!

Copy-and-paste this somewhere in the body of your e-mail...

either at the very top
in the main body (working it into the content)
in the "P.S." -- everyone reads a "P.S."

What does the PRE-sig message say?

Simple!

"Read my sig file."

Well, don't be that blunt! But do call attention to your sig file in a way that's natural and that fits. Generally, the "P.S." is the quick and easy way to get this done...

"P.S. Don't miss my sig file below. I've doubled my client base in 3 months. I bet you can too."

Alright, so now that they'll read it, here are the two most important tips for creating a good sig file...

Integrate a "teaser" into your sig file.

If you can intrigue your contact, so much the better! If you can make her sit up and say "what the...???", you're really onto something! Remember your contact's mindset...
